Shipping Timelines

After your order is dispatched, here are the typical delivery windows:

• United States: 5–8 business days (standard), 2–3 business days (expedited)
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• Australia: 8–15 business days
• United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
• New Zealand: 10–18 business days

Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact our support team and we'll look into it right away.

Order Not Arrived?

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

1. Check with neighbours or building management in case it was left with them
2. Check all entry points to your property (porch, side door, garage)
3. Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly early
4. Contact us if the package still hasn't arrived after 24 hours
